The cookies and soft biscuit production line comprises different types of mixers, Dough feeding systems, Rotary Moulder complete with its ancillary equipment (various washing units, sugar and crumbs sprinklers),Cookies machine, Baking ovens ( Convection or Hybrid), Cooling conveyors, stacker and final Packaging conveyor.
Mixer: used for dough mixing.
Feeder: used to convey the dough to the rotary moulder.
Feeder: used to convey the dough to the cookies machine.
Rotary moulder: used to form the soft biscuit.
After crushed by roller, the dough go through the moulder to form.
Grooved feed roller ensures uniform pressure across the die roller.
The distance between feed roller and die roller is adjustable.

Each depositing head has an hopper with a pair of grooved feeding rollers that leads the dough to the individual positive displacement pumps, one for each outlet, at constant pressure, allowing a very accurate dosing, without any variation in weight and volume of the product.
Working as Depositor, with vertical and horizontal motion of the head to follow the baking band and avoiding product tails.
Working as Wire-cutter, with head fixed over the baking band, dough extrusion by means of the pump system, cutting of the product by means of a wire fitted on a oscillating frame to feed a row of products at a time on the baking band.
Working as Continuous Extruder, with fixed head, feeding rollers and pumps rotating continuously giving one set of dough lanes to be cut by a guillotine to feed the single cookies.
Salt and sugar sprinkle: used to spray the salt and sugar to the biscuit.
